Neutron dosimetry | Neutrak | Models | CR-39 technology | HSE Approvals
![]()
The Neutrak® detector is based on solid-state nuclear track detector technology. It comes in the form of a small piece of poly-allyl diglycol carbonate, commonly known as CR-39. This solidstate nuclear track detector measures exposure due to neutrons. It is not sensitive to x-ray, beta or gamma radiation.
Neutrak uses a CR-39 manufactured to our own high specification for excellent energy detection.

Neutrak is sealed inside the Luxel+ dosemeter plastic blister pack in a one-piece design to
include x-ray, gamma and beta radiation monitoring. It can be packaged specifically for
neutron detection only.
